About
Built by men who needed it first.

Founder
Jason Alexis
Jason started this the way most good things start — with a handful of men, a lot of coffee, and questions nobody wanted to say out loud. What began as one conversation became a podcast, then a room full of men, then a movement.
He's not interested in being anybody's guru. The mission is simpler than that: get men talking honestly, point them to Christ, and refuse to let them walk out the same way they walked in.
“If one man leaves the room lighter than he came in, it was worth it.”
Mission
Why we exist
To help men become who God made them to be — as followers of Christ, husbands, fathers, friends, and workers — through honest conversation and real brotherhood.
We're not a church, and we're not trying to replace one. We're the room in between: where a man can be honest before he's ready to be public.
What we hold to
Four convictions we won't trade.
Jesus is the point
Not self-improvement. Not hustle. A man changes when Christ gets hold of him.
Honesty over image
We'd rather have a rough conversation than a polished one. Masks off at the door.
Brotherhood is not optional
A man alone is a man exposed. We build friendships that ask hard questions.
Take the next right step
You don't have to fix your whole life today. Do the next faithful thing.
Rooted in Houston
A local table with the leaf pulled out.
We started in Houston and we're staying here — but the invitation travels. Wherever you are, you can listen, get connected, and start something with the men around you.
